Meet the founder

Meet Erica, founder of Best Collective.

I built Best Collective for the people who feel scattered, overwhelmed, behind, or in the middle of becoming.

Not to judge them, but to help them feel seen and find their next clear step.

I am a builder, book girl, foodie, AI learner, workbook maker, and woman rebuilding while helping others build too.

Erica Best, founder of Best Collective

    Founder note

I help people feel seen where they are, then give them tools, systems, and next steps to move forward.

    Founder story

Built from pain, growth, and love.

Best Collective did not come from a perfect season. It came from life. From loss. From rebuilding. From learning how to keep going when things felt messy, uncertain, and heavy.

A lot of what I build comes from the love my parents poured into me. That kind of love stays with you. It teaches you to care, to pay attention, and to want people to feel like they matter.

That is what I want Best Collective to do. I want people to feel seen where they are today, not after they fix everything, not after they become perfect, not after they have it all figured out.

    Right where they are.

Then I want to give them tools, systems, workbooks, websites, clarity, and next steps to help them move forward.

    What I build

What Best Collective helps you do.

Turn messy ideas into clear systems

Build your business with more structure

Rebuild after life, work, or confidence shifts

Find your voice and show up as yourself

Use AI, workbooks, websites, and tools with purpose

Feel seen while still being challenged to move forward

    The real-life pieces

    The real-life pieces matter too.

I do not want Best Collective to feel like a faceless brand. I love books, food, dessert, cozy work sessions, AI tools, websites, workbooks, and figuring things out in real time. Those pieces are part of me too.

The more I show up as myself, the more Best Collective can become what it was always supposed to be: a place where real people can build, rebuild, and become clearer.

    book girl energy

coffee, dessert, and cozy work sessions

    AI experiments, websites, and apps

workbooks, notes, and figuring it out in real time

    Closing invitation

    Start where you are.

You do not have to have everything figured out to begin. You just need one clear next step.
